VISA INFORMATION

RUSSIAN TOURIST VISAS

Documents should be submitted to the Russian Embassy Consular section to obtain a tourist visa:

1. Fill a completed visa application form (enclosed, available at the Consular Office too);
2. The original passport and copy (passport must be valid for at least 6 months);
3. 2 photo, size 3 x 4;
4. Confirmation letter (Visa Support) from authorized hotel or travel agency in Russia, which show the reference number and confirmation number for visa (the letter should be in Russian language);
5. Print out ticket or booking airlines to Russia;
6. Letter from travel agency in Indonesia with name of the group tourist, the itinerary and name list of the all participants (IF YOU JOINT GROUP).

RUSSIAN TRANSIT VISAS

Documents should be submitted to the Russian Embassy Consular Office to obtain a transit visa:

1. Fill a completed visa application form (enclosed, available at the Consular Office too);
2. The original national passport, seaman passport (if you seaman) and copy (passport must be valid for at least 6 months);
3. 2 photo, size 3 x 4;

4. Original of your tickets airlines to Russia and next country;

5. Sponsor letter from your shipping company in Indonesia and Russia (if you seaman);
6. Letter of your work contract.

RUSSIAN HOMESTAY VISAS (VISITOR’S VISAS)

Documents should be submitted to the Russian Embassy Consular Office to obtain a home stay/visitor visa:

1. Fill a completed visa application form, available at the Consular Department
2. The original Passport and copy (passport must be valid for at least 6 months).
3. 2 photo, size 3 x 4.
4. Invitation letter from Federal Migration Service in Russia. Your relatives or friends in Russia should obtain the letter from local authorities (OVIR office) and send it to you for apply visa. Your host will need to know: your full name; address; nationality; passport number; date of birth; date of arrival/departure in Russia.

RUSSIAN BUSINESS / WORKING / VISITORS / MEETING / STUDENT VISAS

Documents should be submitted to the Russian Embassy Consular Office to obtain a business/working/visitors/meeting/student visa:

1. Fill a completed visa application form (enclosed, available at the Consular Office too);
2. The original passport and copy (passport must be valid for at least 6 months);
3. 1 photo, size 3 x 4;
4. Invitation letter from Federal Migration Service (original), or Telex from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;
5. For stay exceeding 6 months or multiple entry visas, a HIV test required.
6. Print out or booking ticket airlines to Russia.
7. Sponsor letter from your company (only for BUSINESS / WORKING / VISITORS / MEETING visas).

For tourist group for normal processing minimum is 14 – 20 working days, express is one week.

THE COST OF VISA DEPENDS ON THE CITIZENSHIP.

Visa processing fees are not refundable.
